BANANA BREAD OATMEAL
Add ½ cup dry oats to a microwave safe bowl
Add~1/2 to 1 cup unsweetened Almond milk (depending on desired consistency) and mix well
Optional for increased sweetness and protein: add ~ 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (or amount to desired taste), mix well
Add ½ large ripe banana- microwave 2 minutes. Banana will caramelize and act as a sweetener! Stir and add toppings if desired!
Optional toppings: cinnamon, 1-2 Tbsp of nuts, nut butter, seeds or coconut flakes
