I have been working in the weight loss industry for over 20 years now.  I will tell you the one thing that does not work- DIETS!  I will tell you what does- learning how to eat healthy for YOUR body, YOUR lifestyle, and YOUR food choices.  


Let me rephrase that... diets may work for short term weight loss.  They also mess up your metabolism, and can leave you feeling stuck when your motivation goes out the window.   If you are reading this, truly ask yourself how much time, money and energy you have invested into weight loss plans in the past, only to end up back at square one.  What about investing in a personalized plan for YOU!? 

It is SO important to find a nutrition plan that is going to make YOU happy and healthy.  With our own unique biology, genetics, metabolism, and lifestyle preferences, this looks different for everyone. What works for someone may not work for you.  That is my biggest tip of advice if you are on your way to finding a happy and healthy life.  

Anyone can lose weight following a meal plan that is free on the internet- but a nutrition plan that is truly customized for you is the one that is sustainable.   You have to eat everyday for the rest of your life.   It is important to remember that your nutrition plan will change depending on your stage of life.   As a mom with two young kids my meal planning and eating schedule is nothing like it was 5 years ago!
