Creamy Protein Shake 

Protein shakes are a fabulous way to start your day!  They are easy to make, very nutritious, and so yummy!   You can change up the fruit, healthy fat, or protein flavor for variety.  This is one of my favorites because it's easy and tasty! 

8oz water

8oz almond milk 

1/2 frozen avocado + 1/2 frozen banana (this gives it a creamy consistency!) 

1 scoop protein powder (can change flavor, vanilla, chocolate etc.) 

Blend and enjoy!
