Ever wanted to eat cookie down from the bowl without the guilt?  This is close!  So simple and easy, packed with protein for a great snack when you want to feel good about a sweet treat.  (The most important part of mastering this recipe is finding the right tasting protein powder).    

  • 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp unsweetened applesauce

  • 5 Tbsp protein powder (I used plant based, chocolate or vanilla) 

  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour (I have used almond flour and it works fine as well) 

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla or butter extract (they both work great)

  • 2 tsp almond milk (you may need to add more depending on the consistency, some protein powders can be more dry) 

  • 1/4 cup low sugar chocolate chips (I use LILY's

  • a dash of salt

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. I use gloves to squeeze the mix together and then pat into an airtight container and store in fridge.  Can roll into balls or eat with a spoon!
