Honey Ginger Salmon

This recipe is SO easy and quick, its my "go to" salmon dish, and (in my opinoin) is tastier than most restaurant dishes!  I don't even measure my ingredients out since I just experimented with flavors one day, but I'll try and give a good estimation!

2 Pieces of Fresh Salmon ~ 6oz each  (if making more than 2 pieces just double the recipe)

Mix the following ingredients:

1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce or liquid aminos

2 Tbsp Honey

1 Tbsp ground ginger (Can use fresh- equivalent is 1 Tbsp of fresh ginger for 1/8 teaspoon of ground ginger).  (Ok to add more ginger!)

Mix well, set aside

Preheat over 350F.  Spray pan with cooking spray, add salmon to pan and cover in sauce. Bake for 25 minutes.

So great paired with sweet potatoes and vegetables!   Enjoy!
