INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Juice PLUS + Complete Vanilla shake

  • 1 mashed banana 

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 Shot almond milk

  • 100g / ¾ cup blueberries

PREPARATION

Mash a banana. Add the eggs, baking powder, Juice PLUS+ Complete Vanilla and almond milk and blend. Stir 2/3 of the blueberries in the mixture.  Cook pancakes (a few minutes on each side)and garnish with remaining blueberries. If you wish, add honey or sliced almonds to garnish.
