Clean -No Bake -Protein Balls!

Try one of these quick and healthy recipes packed with protein and healthy fat for a perfect sweet treat!  Just mix ingredients (I use gloves because it can get messy!) Roll into balls, and refrigerate!  

 

1/2 cup nut butter

1/3 cup almond milk

1 scoop protein powder

¼ cup oats

Mix well, roll and refrigerate in air tight container! 

 

1 ½ cup quick oats

2 scoops protein powder

1 cup nut butter

1 tsp cocoa

1 tsp cinnamon

Pinch stevia and sea salt

2 Tbsp coconut or almond milk

Mix well, roll and refrigerate in airtight container! 

 

 

*Try changing up the flavors of protein powder for a completely different taste (vanilla and almond butter taste like cookie dough!) chocolate can taste like fudge, or get creative with other varieties!   

 

*Try adding coconut flakes, seeds or other healthy extras for an added nutrition bonus!
